Watery Lane Allotment

&

Leisure Garden Association

We are situated on the edge of Codsall and Bilbrook on Watery Lane.
It is a lovely peaceful site, bordered by a stream and fields.

About Us

Our Association, formed 2009, works in partnership with Codsall Parish Council who own and administer Watery Lane Allotment & Leisure Gardens. The aim of the association is to promote the interests of all members in their gardening activities and to conduct negotiations as necessary to improve the facilities at the site.

We are pleased to announce that this our website is now up and running again.

We need time to amend the features, so please have patience and hopefully we will have a fully informative site for all to view.

Kings seed catalogues now out ready for the Autumn Orders

The last order was the biggest ever we have sent in to Kings Seeds.

It was twice as large as last years 2022 which was impressive at that time.

A £1342.90 order was placed, with a saving for our members of £551.90 on their veg and flower seeds.

This takes a lot of time and effort but is truly worth it.

Thank you to all involved

Green Flag Award
2024
Nineth Consecutive Year

Green Flag 2024
Green flag award has been awarded for 2024.

This is down to all the hard work that the plot holders and the Committee have put into the site.

We have again won the Green Flag award for the 9 years running.
Each year we try to improve the site for plot holders, the wider community and the environment.
We have tried to connect with the larger community by bird walks, our less able raised bed facilities, St Nicholas’s Christmas Tree festival and the Easter egg hunt for local beavers and rainbows and our own children and grandchildren.
Thank you all for making this possible.
